FreeRTOS+Trace and FreeRTOS+CLI Demo – Error in UDP connection

Hi, I have installed Tracelyzer yesterday and tried to follow the steps as mentioned in the following link – https://www.freertos.org/FreeRTOS-Plus/FreeRTOSPlusTrace/FreeRTOSPlusTraceCLI_Example.shtml I’m getting the following error (See attachment). Any clue to resolve this issue? I’m using Tracealyzer first-time. Warning Message: “An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host” I’m using Visual Studio 2017 compiler/simulator environment with FreeRTOSv10.2.0 library

I don’t think your issue is related to the Trace code. I’m not sure why you would get that error if you are using UDP as UDP doesn’t have connections – but I suspect it may be something to do with the security (firewall or whatever) on your host computer.

Thanks Richard, Yes, This issue is not related to the trace code. Thanking for pointing it out about security firewall. I will look into this Best Regards, Sadashiva Kamath On Thu, Feb 28, 2019 at 3:49 PM Richard Barry rtel@users.sourceforge.net wrote:
