This demo does not build when imported into the current (15.0) DS-5 Altera edition. The compiler selection is wrong. The baremetal cross compiler in the altera tools changed from arm-none-eabi- to arm-altera-eabi- some time ago. That’s easy to change in the tool selection, then the include paths need to be manually added to the project but then the compilation of port.c fails due to unsupported syntax of the embedded asm instructions.

Thank you for the information. Does that now mean that a DS-5 Altera edition project is no longer compatible with a standard DS-5 installation (as they are using different compilers)? Regards.
