Would you please tell me where I can get taskaware plug in for iar, and eclipse IDEs ?

A plug-in ships with IAR for ARM, so if you have that installed you have it already. You can download both from here

The download page reached through the link you provided has only a pdf regarding the eclipse plugin.
Where is the IAR Stateviewer plugin itself?
