on how FreeRTOS compare with other "similar" OSes (excluding comercial/business models) a. ThreadX http://www.rtos.com/page/product.php?id=2 b. uCos II http://www.micrium.com/products/rtos/kernel/rtos.html , and more.. Interested in any bad/good experiences as well.. Thanks all. A.

I’m not sure this is the place to discuss this but I think all three kernels are quite similar in size and features. ThreadX is very expensive IIRC, UcOS/II less so. You pay you money and take your choice.
