Gents I have olimex lpc2378 development board with the Amontec jtag key .
I need a detailed explanation on how to set this up with gcc and eclipse and be able to compile/download and debug. your help is highly appreciate it ..

Please don’t ask the same question twice in two separate threads. I have used the Amontec JTAG key successfully in the past, and don’t think it put up much of a fight (there may even be something in the FreeRTOS download that uses it, I can’t remember).  When I did it I used OpenOCD as the interface so you might be better off either asking Amontec, or on the OpenOCD forum.
