LM3S811 demo needs update

There is a new osram96x16.c shipped with the eval board. The version in the FreeRTOS demo fails to initialise the display at power-on. It’s OK if you then hit the reset button. The new osram96x16.c sends each initialisation command to the display individually rather than in one long I2C transfer. It also has longer delays.
